Self Expression

Creativity is our ability to see, feel and manifest the life we wish to lead.

When self-expression is allowed and encouraged to flourish without judgement or hindrance in children, fires are lit that allow creativity to naturally flourish in their adult lives too.

Fostering creativity develops our right brain, not at the expense of, but in addition to, our analytical left brain. It gives us more of ourselves.

Our feelings, our ideas and our dreams are vital parts of who we are and want to be reflected in our lives. The freedom to express them allows us to be real, and allows us to bring this inner fullness to our outward creativity.

Your time is limited, so don't waste it living someone else's life. Don't be trapped by dogma - which is living with the results of other people's thinking. Don't let the noise of others' opinions drown out your own inner voice.
