The heart

 

The heart is the centre of our brilliance. When our hearts are open their natural, loving qualities are free to inspire and ignite our minds. Although we are separate and unique in our minds, at the heart level we all share the complete human experience… hope, compassion, courage, joy, intuition, peace, love, empathy are native to us all.

When we are constantly and lovingly connected with family and friends from birth, these qualities are not suppressed, so readily accessible to guide us towards creating the lives we came here for. The most critical nurturance phase for the heart is at birth, through to age 7.
